The figures are Peter Pig ... the horizontal pikes are per the packs (check out the PP website), the ones with pikes aloft I made from 2-handed axemen.

PhilSoA Shows Northhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14181076390844159417noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2083350621461467026.post-60951484878226087362017-01-01T21:00:35.315+00:002017-01-01T21:00:35.315+00:00I know this is a long shot, considering the age of...I know this is a long shot, considering the age of this post, but... I would like to know which figures are used for the spearmen / pikes shown here, particularly the ones in the rear rank with pikes held vertically, and the ones with pikes horizontal, mostly in the front ranks. Very impressive painting btw! I have found a quick way of snipping geometric shapes - so round shields I can copy together quite quickly (well I thought so and it seems to have worked quite well). I'm not sure I could repeat it for more complex shapes ... but then I have finished the Vikings now as well and Greek shields are also round (so there's a bit of mileage in it :) ... ) ...

PhilSoA Shows Northhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14181076390844159417noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2083350621461467026.post-26680736214595201262014-12-06T00:14:42.385+00:002014-12-06T00:14:42.385+00:00Nice post, Phil.
